THE OPPORTUNITY
This role requires proficiency in sales analytics, process improvement, and CRM management to effectively support and enhance decision-making across the sales organization. This position will be working close with Sales/BD, Program Managers, Sales Support and Finance teams. This role requires being in Montreal office 2-3 days per month or more often if required.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
Experience with Power BI required, SQL preferred.
Proficiency in CRM Software (Salesforce)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with ERP systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the defense industry is preferred.
